DAVIS, Ernest, 90, of Hope Hull, AL, died Tuesday, March 12, 2002. He ran a retail business in Hope Hull for many years and was a United States Navy veteran of World War II having served duty on Liberty ships. He was preceded in death by his wife Inez Tingle Davis. He is survived by two sons, James E. Davis, Alexander City and Ernest L. Davis, Hope Hull; one sister, Julia Davis, Montgomery; one brother, Glen Davis, Montgomery. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 15, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at White Chapel-Greenwood Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Crumley officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt.
