It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. Left to cherish his memory are his wife and soul mate of 44 years, Lynda, his sons, Mark (Nancy) and Brian (Alison) and his grandchildren Paden, Eric and Elizabeth. He is also survived by his mother, Nell Williams, siblings, Larry (Wendy), Robert (Linda), Sandra (Rick) Rishaug, Wendy (Michael) Wilhelm, Karen (Terry) Orum, Barry (Yolande) and Connie (David) Russell and numerous nieces and nephews. Dean was predeceased by his father Ed Williams in 2004. Dean was a man who always put 110% into anything that he did. His love for Lynda, their boys and grandchildren was absolutely unwavering and he was their rock. He was also a very hard worker, and was involved in a wide variety of industries including tin smithing, trucking, excavating, logging, and oil and gas service. There was nothing that he would not try, and was generally successful at whatever he put his hand to. He had a big heart and opened it freely to those close to him. Dean also had countless friends. It is said a man's wealth can be measured by his good friends. Dean was truly a wealthy man. Dean loved the great outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.Please join us for a time of remembrance and fellowship on Saturday May 2, 2015 at the Turner Valley Legion from 2:00-5:00 PM.
