Ena Geraldine Carr 1923-2013 On September 9th, 2013, Ena Carr of Geary, NB passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born April 3rd, 1923 in Geary, NB, Ena was a daughter of the late Osborne J. and Belle (Carr) Smith and wife of the late Clinton Carr. Ena is survived by her son, Ozzie Carr (Cairina) of Geary, NB; grandchildren, Jeff Carr (Cathy), Pam Cyr (Joe Caron), Ozzie Carr Jr. (Emma Cunningham), Jack Carr (Cheryle) and Jody Carr (Krista); eleven great grandchildren, Brandon, Connor, Desiree, Owen, Josh, Hunter, Shara, Tyler, Jesse, Taylor and Madison; two great-great grandchildren, AJ and Raya; one sister, Nora Cogswell and several nieces, nephews and cousins including two special nieces, Rilla and Brenda. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Clinton; her son, Basil Carr and her sisters, Retta Piercy and Minnie Duffie as well as a special friend, Robert Boone. Visitation will be held at the Oromocto Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 11th, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A funeral service will take place at Geary Baptist Church on Thursday, September 12th, 2013 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Greg Sparkes officiating. Interment will be in the Preston Carr Cemetery.
