JONES Emma Lee Taylor Williams Jones, 89. A retired chef cook with Walgreen Pharmacy, Died Thursday, December 7, 2006, at St. Vincent's Hospital. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Bennie Lee Jones. Born April 12, 1917, in Quincy, Florida, she was preceded in death by her parents, David Taylor who served in WWI and Zellene Brown Taylor. Mrs. Jones leaves to cherish her memory and continue her legacy three daughters: The Rev. Dr. Zellene Williams Smith (Dewey) Tallahassee, Brenda Williams Boutte', Jacksonville, Carr Williams Scott (Delland) Lynchburg, VA; two sons, Wallace Williams (Darlene) Miami, Phelemon Williams, Jacksonville. Two sons preceded her in death, Elyon Williams and Wendell Williams; 27 grand-children; 48 great-grand children; 4 great-great grandchildren; and one great-great-great-grand child; step-children, other relatives and their families; and a host of loving friends. The service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 14, at Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, 2935 Saint Augustine Road. Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, December 13.At the mortuary. The Cortege will assemble at 1029 West Brook Circle at 9:45am. Internment will be in Jerusalem Cemetery.
