Toccoa - Emily Sewell Smith, 99, of Toccoa, died Thursday, September 3, 2009. Services will be 2 p.m., Sunday, September 6, 2009, at the chapel of Acree-Davis. Survivors include daughters, Mignonne Taylor and Suzanne Crowe, both of Toccoa; five grandsons; sister, Mignon Davis of Jacksonville, Fla.; and caretaker, Effie Crawford of Toccoa. Acree-Davis Funeral Home, Toccoa, has charge of arrangements.
