Embrey Jack Davis, 69, Bradenton, died Aug. 14, 2002. He was born Feb. 27, 1933, in Canton, Ohio, and came to Manatee County in 1995 from Columbus, Ohio. He retired as an executive. He served in Germany in the Air Force during the Korean War. He was a member of Living Lord Lutheran Church in Bradenton. Survivors include his wife, Sheila; brothers Brian T. of Columbus, Mark E. of Wausau, Wis., and Matthew L. of Bradenton; a sister, Dorothy Wallenberg of Cleveland; and six grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, with a service to follow at 2:30 p.m., at Living Lord Lutheran Church in Bradenton. Griffith-Cline Funeral Home, Manasota Chapel, is in charge.
