Elta Mae Shepherd Lee, 88, of Buffalo, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at Elizabethtown Health & Rehabilitation Center.She was a lifelong member of Buffalo Baptist Church in Buffalo. She was a homemaker, born Dec. 12, 1923, the daughter of the late Everett and Ruey Young Shepherd.She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Richard Lee; two sons, James Richard Lee and Alvin R. "Bob" Lee; and one daughter, Kathy Lee Zieg.Survivors include one daughter, Linda (George) Trumbo of Hodgenville; one grandson, Brad Thomp-son of Cornelius, N.C.; and one sister, Pat McGaha of Louisville.The funeral for Elta Mae Shepherd Lee is at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 21, in the chapel of Rust-Wright Funeral Home, 612 N. Lincoln Blvd., Hodgenville, with the Randy Smith, pastor of Locust Grove Baptist Church, officiating. Burial follows in Buffalo Cemetery in Buf-falo.Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and continues at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.Rust-Wright Funeral Home in Hodgenville is in charge of arrangements.
