Lemoine, Elsie Roy A homemaker and educator, resident of Baton Rouge and native of Mansura, she died Thursday, Dec. 30, 2004, at The Guest House. She was 70. She was a graduate of LSU, where she was voted outstanding freshman. Visiting at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Sunday, Jan. 2, 2005, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visiting at the funeral home chapel Monday, Jan. 3, from 10 a.m. until religious service at noon. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Cecil J. Lemoine Sr.; two daughters, Dean E. Lemoine and Mona L. Clayton and husband Clarence Clayton; two sons, Joel J. Lemoine and Cecil J. "C.C." Lemoine Jr.; and a brother, L.A. Roy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Loys and Bessie Roy; and a sister, Betty Saucier. Published in The Advocate on 1/1/2005.
