Elmer A. "Bud" Anderson, 86, died April 7, 2006, at Treasure Coast Hospices in Stuart. He was born in Clare, Mich., and lived in Stuart for 32 years, coming from Clare. He was a member of the Elk's Club. He served in the Navy and was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include a daughter, Janet Ford of Fayetteville, N.Y.; son, Gary Anderson of Tampa; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Helen Verrette Anderson. Memorials contributions may made to MYCC Memorial Fund, 1991 S.W. Palm City Road, Stuart, FL 34997.
