Funeral services will be held Friday, Sept. 16, 2011, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Wards Funeral Home for Mrs. Ellen Williams, 63, of Gainesville who died Sept. 13, 2011. The Rev. Marshall Dale will officiate. Interment Alta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Williams was a lifelong resident of Hall County and was the daughter of the late Charles Edward and Marie (Henson) Milligan. She was a member of Antioch United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Jerry Milligan.Survivors include son, Stan Williams of Gainesville; daughters, Tonya Zetrouer of Gainesville and Beth Pitts of Flowery Branch; brother, Kenneth C.
