Ellen L. Williams May 26, 2010 Ellen L. Williams, 67, of Evergreen Lane, Morrisville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 26, 2010. She was born October 13, 1942, in Oneida, NY, a daughter of the late R. Harry and Manelta Andrews Lyndon. She was a graduate of Morrisville High School and received her R.N. degree from Albany School of Nursing. On July 11, 1964, Ellen married James A. Brud Williams Jr. Ellen had worked for SUNY Morrisville and Crouse Community Center in Morrisville until her retirement. She was a full-time grandma whose beloved grandchildren were a major part of her life. Ellen enjoyed gardening and loved her flowers. Surviving are her husband, James; her children, David and Emily Williams of Charlotte, NC, and James A. III and Jane Williams of Canastota, NY; her grandchildren, John Peters, Renee Johnson, Sierra Williams and James Williams IV; sister and brother-in-law, Ann and Patrick Cassidy of Charleston, SC; brother and sisters-in-law, Howard and Ruth Ann Lyndon of Red Wing, MN, and Sue Lyndon of Liverpool, NY; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Paul Lyndon, in 1995. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 2, 2010, from the Welsh Church, Welsh Church Rd., Nelson, NY, followed by burial in Union Cemetery at the Welsh Church.
