TROY Elizabeth (Liz) (Betty) A. Watters Dahl died Monday, August 22, 2005 at the Springs Nursing Home in Troy. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Liz lived life to the fullest, was a warm and loving person and will be missed by her family and friends.
