Elizabeth V. Payne JACKSON - Elizabeth V. Payne, 90, of Jackson passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at CareOne of Jackson. Born in Crosswicks, she was a longtime area resident. She worked at Reader's Mail in NYC for many years and loved being with her family and friends. Daughter of the late George and Clorice Binn, she was predeceased by her husband, Alfred T, Payne; three brothers, Reginald , Ryers and Howard Binn; two sisters, Helen Spradley and Irene Binn. Elizabeth is survived by five sisters, Florene Jenkins of Browns Mills, Clorice Binn of Wrightsown, Eva Richards of Bordentown, Margaret Rainer of Ewing and Evelyn Satchell and her husband, Kenneth of Browns Mills; a sister-in-law, Shirley Binn of Cookstown as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 12 noon on Saturday, June 21st at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 So. Main St. Allentown. Interment will be held at Jacobstown Baptist Cemetery.
