SMITH-On Wednesday, April 12, 2006 Elizabeth (Alice) Smith late of Regina, Sask., passed away peacefully at the age of 71 years. Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband Jim, she is survived by her three children, Linda (Craig), David and Sandra, four grandchildren, Sean, Briana, Jameson and Lincoln. A special thank you to the palliative care unit 3A. The Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Ave., Regina Sask. Interment will follow in Regina Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations in Elizabeth's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
