Obituary of Elizabeth Stewart


HARRISON, (Betty) Elizabeth (nee Stewart) Beloved daughter of the late Donald and Marion (nee Ross) Stewart and predeceased by her brother Donald Ross Stewart. In Toronto, on October 12, 2009, Betty passed away gently and with peace, surrounded by loving care, the dearest mother of Robert, (Beverly) William (Caryn), Diane (George) and Gillian. Loving and proud grandmother of Donald, Andrew, James, Jennifer, Laura, Harrison and Jorden, and great-grandmother of Braden, Kieran, Dylan, and Carson. She touched the lives of so many and will always be remembered for her warm heart, her incredible energy for life and her wonderful humour. She will be missed by family and friends. Her family would like to thank everyone at the Bradgate Arms for their loving care and support over the past few years. It has meant so much to her and to all of us. In lieu of flowers, donations to Generations Foundation would be greatly appreciated (514)933-8585. A Memorial Reception for friends and family will be held at the Bradgate Arms, Toronto, Monday, October 19 at 4 p.m. Service for friends and family will be held at the Mount Royal Chapel of the Mount Royal Funeral Complex, 1297 Chemin de la Foret, Outremont, Qc., H2V 2P9, (514) 279-6540 on Monday, October 26 at 11 a.m. Published in the Montreal Gazette from 10/16/2009- 10/17/2009
