Elizabeth R. Unkel-Anderson formerly of Coventry Elizabeth (Betty) R. Unkel-Anderson, 65, died Tuesday, June 5, 2007, at Tuscany Hospice House, Summerfield, Fla., after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her first husband, James L. Unkel Sr. She is survived by her husband, Warren Anderson, Summerfield, Fla.; her daughter, Debra Unkel and boyfriend, Rich Planutis; son and daughter-in-law, James and Lisa Unkel Jr.; grandchildren, Tyler and Jessica Unkel, all of Greene; half brother, Jim Ebbitts, N.Y.; stepdaughters, Rachel Burns, Michigan, Rebecca Anderson, Guthrie, Okla., and Sara Burke, Stillwater, Okla.; and four step grandchildren. Mrs. Unkel-Anderson was born in Baldwin and lived in Coventry before moving to Florida. Elizabeth was a retired executive secretary for Johanna Farms Dairy Corp. She was a member of the Hope Lutheran Church in Daytona Beach. Elizabeth loved spending time with her family and many friends, enjoyed traveling and working in her garden. Elizabeth was also a member of the Red Hatters Society. A memorial service for family and friends will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 16, 2007, at the Coventry United Methodist Church.
