WILLIAMS, ELIZABETH L., 83Ocala - Mrs. Elizabeth L. Williams, 83, of Ocala, passed away suddenly Thursday, January 23, 2014 at her residence. A native of Pennsylvania, she moved to Ocala 30 years ago, coming here from Margate, FL. She retired from AT&T after working there for 30 years as an engineer. She will be remembered for her love of her husband, her family, ceramics and gardening. Survivors include her daughters Retha J. Turner and Karen Stevenson, her brother and sister-in-law George and Margie Rau, San Antonio, TX, three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, three nieces and one nephew. She was preceded in death by her husband Jodie Williams, her parents George and Mary Rau, and her sister Sally Peoples. Graveside services for Mrs. Williams will be held at 1 PM on Monday, January 27, 2014, at Highland Memorial Park. Arrangements are being handled under the direction of Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, FL.
