KING Elizabeth "Betty" (Dobi) King, age 65 of Fairfield, beloved wife of Ronald J. King, passed away peacefully on Sunday December 11, 2011 at St. Vincent's Medical Center with her loving family by her side. Betty was born in Bridgeport, the daughter of the late William and Frances (Morton) Dobi. Betty was a retired floral designer having worked at several florists, including Hansen's and Daily's. She was a gifted artist and craft person, who enjoyed making personalized gifts for her family and friends. Betty faithfully followed Nascar and the New York Mets. Her other talents included creating delicious meals and treats from her kitchen and designing beautiful gardens in her yard. Betty loved her nieces and nephews and cheered them on in all their activities and achievements.Betty's passing leaves a void in the many family members and friends who's lives she touched. In addition to her husband she is survived by two brother's William J. Dobi and his wife Beverly, of Fairfield and Daniel Dobi, of Bridgeport a sister Beatrice J. Nagy and her husband Robert A. Nagy, of Temecula, CA; nieces Meredith F. Nagy and Emily E. Nagy; 3 nephews Robert W. Daniel J. and Mitchell R. Dobi. Friends are invited to attend her Funeral on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. (directly) at Calvary St. George's Episcopal Church, Clinton Ave, Bridgeport. Burial will be in Mt. Grove Cemetery Bridgeport. Friends may call on Friday, at the LARSON FUNERAL HOME, 2496 NORTH AVE, BRIDGEPORT from 4 to 8 p.m..
