Roy Kiser officiating.Mrs. Phillips was a native of Miami, Florida, having made North Augusta her home for the past 3 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of North Augusta, the Norma Jean McCarthy Sunday School Class and the Sheffield Club. Mrs. Phillips retired from the State of Florida as a Legal Assistant and was the wife of the late Mr. J. Paul Phillips. Survivors include two sons and their wives, W.D. & Jan Phillips, North Augusta and Paul & Jackie Phillips, Tallahassee, Fl; a daughter-in-law, Jean Phillips, Panama City, Fl; seven grandchildren, Kelly Phillips(Andy) Mathis, Mike F. Phillips, Stephen P. (Holley) Phillips, John Paul (Cristin) Phillips, III, Barbara Jean Moncellia, Sherri (Charlie) Cruz and Robin (Cindy) Smith; seventeen great grandchildren.
