Elizabeth H. Adams, 75, Sarasota, died Jan. 28, 2004. She was born Nov. 1, 1928, in Orange, N.J., and came to Sarasota in 1986 from Maplewood, N.J. She retired as a bookkeeper in the medical field. She was also a school crossing guard and cafeteria aide at Columbia High School in Maplewood. She graduated from Colby College in New Hampshire. She volunteered for American Cancer Society and the election polls in Sarasota. She was a Presbyterian. Survivors include daughters Christina Reed of Maplewood and Cynthia Chiarella of Flemington, N.J.; sons Gregory of Columbus, Ohio, and Steven of Morrisville, Pa.; and seven grandchildren.
