Elizabeth Deal Stafford -Savannah- Elizabeth Deal Stafford died Friday, September 1, 2006. She was a native of Savannah, Georgia, born April 26, 1919. She attended St. Vincent Academy and was retired from Trust Company Bank. Mrs. Stafford was a communicant of St. Peter Apostle Catholic Church. Surviving are, her husband John J. Stafford, four daughters, Beth Carter, Judy Wasden, Jackie Munch and Kearney Fender; her sister, Norma D. Downing, her brother, Harry G. Deal both of Savannah; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, September 3, 2006 from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. at St Peter the Apostle Catholic Church with a Christian Wake Service at 4 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be Monday, September 4, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church. Interment services will be private in the Catholic Cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be her grandsons, John Munch, Vincent Munch, Robert Fender, Joseph Fender and her great grandson, Charles Singleton. Remembrances to St. Vincent's Academy, 207 E.
