Elizabeth Dalton Jackson, 89, passed away on Saturday, June 21, 2014, at Emeritus at West Orange, N.J. Her family will receive relatives and friends at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home of Livingston, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. The Funeral Mass celebrating her life will be offered at St. Joseph's Church, 44 Benvenue Ave., West Orange, on Wednesday at 10 a.m., followed by the committal service at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Upper Montclair, N.J. Born in Passaic, N.J., Elizabeth spent most of her life in Nutley, N.J., and in West Orange the past five years. She retired as vice president of Chester Jackson Co. in Kearny, N.J. Elizabeth remained very active in her church and community. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Jean A., Elizabeth is survived by her devoted children, J. Andre and wife, Kathy, Maureen J. Morgan, Mark D. and wife, Jean, Craig B., Gregory and wife, Linda, and Christopher and wife, Elizabeth. She is also survived by 12 loving grandchildren and 12 cherished great-grandchildren.
