Clark, Elizabeth Cohen, 87, an early pioneer of Carver Ranches died February 10, 2009. A native of Miami, Mrs. Clark moved to the newly settled community of Carver Ranches, now known as West Park, in 1952. She retired from Hollywood Memorial Hospital's Housekeeping Department in 1989, after working there for 15 years. Mrs. Clark is survived by six children: Adrian, Augusta, Josephine, Juanita, Theodore (Janice) and Lisa, 15 grand-children,; 41 great-grand-children; brother, Nathaniel Cohen; aunt, Rosa Davis. Wake service will be held Friday, February 13th at Central Baptist Church, 5001 SW 20th St., West Park from 5:00 to 9:00 PM with Home Going services 10 AM, Saturday, February 14th at Central Baptist Church.
