Elizabeth Carter, 94, transitioned from her earthly home on Oct. 22, 2012, at the Bailey Center. Servant of God, well done a good and faithful member of St. Paul AME Church where she served in the choir, Lay Organization, Missionary Society and served 18 years as superintendent of Sunday school.Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at St. Paul AME Church, the Rev. Ron Rawls, pastor. Calling hours are 5-7 p.m. at the church. Burial will follow at Memorial Park.She is survived by a sister, Mildred Granger; a host of nieces, nephews, caregivers and a loving church family.Services entrusted to Leo C. Chase & Son Funeral Home.
