CARTER _ Elizabeth "Betty", age 91 years, passed away at Evergreen Baptist Care Home, White Rock on June 6, 2006. Predeceased by her husband Elgar in 1984. Betty is survived by three children, Ann (Michael) Woods, Colin (Kathy), and David; twelve grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and other family and friends.
