Elizabeth Cook, 99, died Dec. 13, 2010, at her home. She was born in Uniontown, Ala., and lived in Port St. Lucie for two years, coming from Selma, Ala. She was a member of Mount Zion Primitive Baptist Church in Selma, where she sang in the choir, and St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Minister Gertrude Jiles; two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adam Cook; and brother, George Broadnax. Services: A home going service will be at noon Dec. 21 at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church.
