Survivors: daughters, Nancy Daley, Debbie and Dennis Baxley, Pat and Chris Taylor; sons, Roy and Jeanette Carter and Larry and Jody Carter; and other relatives. Visitation: 6-8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Funeral: 2pm Wednesday at Spring Branch Baptist Church. Body will lie in state one hour prior to funeral service. Interment: Carter Cemetery.
