GUILDERLAND Elizabeth B. Cox, 86, of the Omni Senior Development of Guilderland died suddenly, Monday, July 19, 2004 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. She was the daughter of the late Andrew and Minnie Udell. She was the past president and a charter member of the Guilderland Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She was the beloved mother of Edward (Carole) Cox of Latham, Richard Cox of Lakeland, Fla., Lorie Audet of Syracuse, Carolyn (Donald) Nichols of Guilderland, Donna (Edward) Hunt of Old Chatham, Kenneth (Barbara) Cox of Altamont and Jeffrey Cox of Altamont. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and many family members, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard Cox, a son, Andrew Cox and a grandson, Ricky. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the Fredendall Funeral Home, 199 Main St., Altamont. Relatives and friends may call on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. Burial will be in Onesquethaw Cemetery, Clarksville, N.Y. Those who wish may make contributions to the 9th Floor Cardiac Center at St. Peter's Hospital, 315 S. Manning Blvd., Albany, NY 12208 or the Cystic Fibrosis Association, 11 Avis Dr., Albany, NY 12110.
