Elizabeth Ann Layne, 80, of Elizabethtown, died Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon.She was a native of Bradshaw, W. Va., and a member of Elizabethtown Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Layne; two sons, Glen Douglas Layne and Ernest Lee Layne; and her parents, Glen and Agnes Woosley Friend.She is survived by one son, James David Layne of Elizabethtown; four grandchildren, including James Douglas Layne of Elizabethtown, who cared for her, and several great grandchildren.The funeral is at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Brown Funeral Home with Dr. Danny Haynes officiating.
