Elizabeth-Alice Adams, born in 1920, daughter of Joseph and Loretta, died on July 1, 2005 at 85 years old.
Graveside service for Elizabeth Alice Adams, 85, Daytona Beach, who passed away Friday, July 1, 2005, will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, at Greenwood Cemetery. Mrs. Adams was born April 20, 1920, in Hudson, N.H., to Joseph and Loretta Farland. She worked in a paper mill until she retired in 1975, moving from Nashua, N.H., to Daytona Beach. Elizabeth proudly served her country during World War II in the W.A.C. as a telephone operator and aerial photographer. She enjoyed crocheting, crafts and traveling. Left to cherish her memories, are a brother, Robert Farland, Derry, N.H.; three sisters, Pearl Lugar, Maryland, Mary Ella Warner, South Daytona, and Ethel Robinson, Maryland; and a niece and caregiver, Gloria Wendy Provost, South Daytona.
