WALLINGFORD - Elizabeth A. "Betty" Williams, 79, of Wallingford, died Friday, Sept. 5, 2014.She was born in New Haven, Nov. 19, 1934, a daughter of the late Anthony and Florence Vitello Hart. Betty lived life exactly the way she wanted with no regret. She loved her family and friends unconditionally, and anyone that has been fortunate enough to have known Betty will forever have a unique and fond memory of her in their hearts.She is survived by her children, Bonnie Parris, and her husband, Robert; Wayne Miller, and his wife, Kathleen; Arthur Williams, and his wife, Ginger; and Florence Williams; her sister, Rosemarie Dempsey; her grandchildren, Angel, Crystal, Sarah, Yuchi, Wayne, Jason, Nicholas, Anthony, and Corey; cousins, Nancy and Maryann Deangelo; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.Her family will receive relatives and friends in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 N. Main St. Ext., on Tuesday, Sept. 9, from 4 to 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, Sept. 10, at 10 a.m., directly at Church of the Resurrection, 115 Pond Hill Road, Wallingford. Interment will be in East Lawn Cemetery in East Haven.
