Elizabeth A. "Betty" Davis July 3, 1949 - Feb. 6, 2014 PLAINFIELD - Elizabeth A. "Betty" Davis, 64, Fernwood St. Plainfield beloved wife of Daniel A. Davis passed away Thursday morning at home. She was born July 3, 1949 in Pawtucket, RI a daughter of the late John W. and Theresa (Grimley) Coughlin, Sr. and has lived in Plainfield for the past 35 years. Mrs. Davis had been employed as an LPN for many years at Villa Maria in Plainfield and St. Joseph Living Center in Windham. Besides her husband she leaves a son Brian P. Davis of Plainfield; two daughters Dawn M. Winsor of Shelbyville, KY and Katherine W. Davis of Plainfield; three brothers John W. Coughlin, II of Daytona Beach, FL, James M. Coughlin of Columbia and Joseph K. Coughlin of Willimantic. four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A memorial mass will be celebrated Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. in St. John the Apostle Church, Plainfield. There are no calling hours.
