ADAMS, Elizabeth A. 96, passed away at her daughter's home in Clearwater, Monday, July 11, 2011. She was born July 27, 1914 in Letcher, KY. Elizabeth was predeceased in death by her husband, Thair Adams and two grandchildren, Tim Shoemaker and Mark Landrum. She is survived by five children, Donald (Jessie) Adams of Paducah, KY, Betty (Ron) Shoemaker of Kokomo, IN, Joan (Cash) Hilliard of Clearwater, Linda (Jim) Snapp of Wabash, IN and Carol Stevens (Tom) McFarland of Tampa; 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Elizabeth was a member of Central Christian Church of Tampa, with her husband and First Christian Church of Clearwater, in her later years. Visitation will be held Saturday, July 16, from 6-8 pm, with Funeral Services Sunday, July 17, at 3 pm both at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, Brandon.
