LEE Deaconess Eliza P. Lee, age 87, of Stratford entered eternal rest Monday, July 23, 2012 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. Born in Donalds, SC, she was a resident of Stratford for fifty-two years. Eliza was formerly employed with Remington Shaver as an assembly worker. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Stratford where she served as Deaconess, Missionary, senior usher, member of the inspirational choir, gospel choir, pantry ministry and as a foster parent. Her husband William Lee, Sr. and a son June Lee predeceased her. Deaconess Lee leaves to cherish her memory three sons, Curtis (Cora) Lee of SC: William (Iveta) Lee, Jr. of Stratford; Terrance Martin of Bridgeport; five daughters, Barbara Vines of Derby; Eula Clark of Stratford; Carolyn Lee of Bloomfield; Linda Lee of Stratford; Mary Jackson of Stratford; Deborah (George) Isaac of Bridgeport; one brother, Samuel Jones, of SC; one sister, Louise (Jessie) Brown of Bridgeport; eleven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Friday 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Stratford, 1301 Stratford Avenue, Stratford, CT with Dr. William B. Sutton, III, Pastor, officiating. Interment will take place following the service at UNION Cemetery, STRATFORD, CT. Friends are invited to the viewing Friday from 9-11:00 AM at the church. Morton's Mortuary Inc., 25 Margaret E.
