RAPHAEL-MOSCOVAKIS, Elisabeth. 1942-2004. Surrounded by loved ones in the Montreal General Hospital, on September 12, 2004, at the age of sixty-one years, passed away Madame Elisabeth Raphael (nee Moscovakis), beloved wife of Ezzat Raphael. She is also sadly mourned by her children Joseph (Veronique) and Natacha (Rami), her grandchildren Charlotte and Olivia, her brothers and sisters, Charlotte, Odette, Antoine, Therese and Georges, brother-in-laws and sisters-in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. Resting at St-Martin Mausoleum at:Visitation Wednesday, September 15, from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m. Religious Service will be held Thursday, September 16, at 11 a.m. in de la Visitation church, 1847 boul. Gouin E., (corner Papineau), Montreal, following interment in Mont-Royal cemetery. Funeral Home opens from 9 a.m. on Thursday. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Arthritis Society, Joints in Motion Arthroaction, Elisabeth Raphael, or to the St-Sauveur Parish, 12325, Place de la Minerve, Montreal, would be appreciated.
