Hansen, Eleanor Margaret "Nana"Date: June 21, 1931 - Feb. 26, 2007Age: 75Residence: Venice, formerly of Long Island, N.Y.Visitation:Services: A celebration of life service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at New Hope Baptist Church in Englewood. There will be a luncheon in the fellowship hall after the service.Survivors: Daughters Dawn Rigsby of Richmond, Texas, and Susan Raymer of Englewood; and a brother, Robert Risch of Thomaston, Maine.Eulogy:Other survivors are sons-in-law Tim Rigsby of Richmond, Texas, and Ron Raymer of Englewood. Grandchildren, Kim, Katie, and Emily Rigsby, and Julia, Rebecca, and Luke Raymer. Eleanor was a devout member of New Hope Baptist Church. She served as a greeter, nursery worker, Sunday School teacher, and children's church worker. She loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. She loved to play games and laugh. Anyone who knew "Nana" knew she was the life of the party. She loved to travel and go on cruises and share her adventures with those she loved. She was a mom to many people and nana to countless others. She will be dearly missed by everyone and we look forward to reuniting with her in Heaven and dancing together with Jesus. Memorial donations can be made out to: New Hope Baptist Church, designated on memo line to Eleanor Hansen youth fund or Eleanor Hansen memorial garden.
