PELHAM - Elaine R. Richard, 41, of Pelham, died yesterday morning, March 28, at her home.She was born in Lowell on Dec. 2, 1962, a daughter of the late Charles L. and Lorraine (Coan) Richard. She was educated in Lowell schools. Ms. Richard was a Jehovah Witness and a member of the Jehovah Witness Church in Dracut.She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching television.She is survived by two sisters, Sandra M. Foxworth of Pelham and Kathleen Niedzwiecki and her husband, Robert, of Pelham; two brothers, Charles L. Richard and his fiancŽe, Kathy Nadeau, of Nashua, and Kenneth A. Richard and his wife, Catherine, of Henniker, N.H.; and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
