Effie Mae Payne Williams, 91, of Lynn Haven FL, passed away Friday, February 8, 2012 at Alexandria VA. Mae was very devoted to the care of the sick and to her family. She worked at Bay Memorial Hospital during her life as a nurse's aide and was a member of the Jenks Ave Church of Christ. Mae was born July 28, 1921 to Oscar and Mollie Watkins of Chipley, FL. She is survived by her son and his spouse, Dempsey and Nancy Rogers of Wewahitchka, FL, and daughter Linda Eccles of Huntsville AL, 8 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson.Her funeral will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday February 16, 2013, at the Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery with Minister Jack Reece officiating.
