Edwin R. Lee, brother of a Bardonia woman, died Saturday, May 5, 2001, in his home. He was 58 years old. Mr. Lee was born in Booklyn on Feb. 28, 1943, to Florence McHugh Lee and Edwin I. Lee. Mr. Lee was a sergeant with the New York City Police Dept. He worked in Brooklyn South and the 75th precinct. He is survived by his wife, Jean Barbara; two sisters, Florence Devlin of Maryland and Anna Dratch of Bardonia; seven nephews, Hugh, Michael, Thomas, James, Douglas, Robert and Richard, and three nieces, Lee Ann, Deborah Lee and Patti, and five grandnieces and one grandnephew. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Thursday at 9:45 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in South Ozone Park, NY. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brooklyn.
