Obituary of Edward-Thomas Tellier


Newark – Edward Thomas Tellier Jr., 62 died Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at the DeMay Living Center.Family and friends may call Sunday (Dec. 18) from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Norman L. Waterman Funeral Home, Inc., 124 West Miller St., Newark where a Memorial Service will follow calling at 3 p.m. with Rev. Roger Smith officiating. Burial will be in South Sodus Cemetery at the convenience of the family.In memory of Mr. Tellier, please direct contributions to the Newark-Arcadia Volunteer Ambulance, PO Box 680, Newark, 14513.Mr. Tellier was born, the son of the late Edward and Mildred Downey Tellier on June 22, 1943 in Newark, NY. He was a graduate of Newark High School. He was a general contractor working for Cannon Development in Rochester. Mr. Tellier was quite a handyman before developing severe health problems in 1982.Mr. Tellier will be remembered by his daughter Bonnie Jackson of Newark; sons Patrick (Laurie) Tellier of Newark and Carl Tellier of Fairport; three grandsons Christopher Jackson, Ryan and Joshua Tellier; brother Dennis (Sandy) Tellier of Newark; several nieces and nephews.Mr. Tellier was predeceased by his loving and devoted wife Sharon “Sharie” Waldorf Tellier on May 12, 2001.The family of Mr. Tellier wishes to express their appreciation for the love and care given by the staff at DeMay Living Center and Wayne Country Nursing Homes.
