OWEN, Edward (Ted) Brooks Passed away at Ottawa Civic Hospital on Monday, June 29, 2009 as a result of complications from a minor stroke. Ted was predeceased by his parents Edward and Violet Owen (nee Brooks), his wife Rachelle (nee Gauthier) and his brother Tom Owen. He is survived by his son Edward R. Owen (Karen) and his daughter Michele McCaw (David). Loving Grandfather of Nicole Usher (John) and Alexandra McCaw. Loving Great-grandfather of Shaunnessy, Mitchell and Kelsey Usher.
