Edward-Jenson-Ward III, born in 1938, spouse of Susan III, father of Caroline and Michael, died on October 15, 2014. Please consult the obituary here:
75, of Englewood Florida, passed away on October 15, 2014. He was born December 30, 1938 in Allentown, PA and graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in mechanical engineering. His love of ships, both air and nautical, led him to enlist in the United States Navy, where he earned the rank of Lieutenant (JG). After his enlistment, Ed served for many years in the naval reserve, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Commander. In his civilian career, Ed represented the aerospace industry, where he was able to turn his lifelong interest in planes and boats, cars and motorcycles, into a career. These things, and the endless maintenance they required, were a labor of love for Ed, who always welcomed a challenge. Ed was a loving and generous husband, father, and grandfather. He, his wit, integrity, and wisdom will be deeply missed by his family, friends and his beloved dogs, Rudy and Chewie. Ed is survived by his wife Susan, son Michael, daughter Caroline, son-in-law Andrew, and grandson Benjamin.
