Van Horn, Edward D. CLIFTON PARK Edward D. Van Horn, 75, of Clifton Park died Monday, January 8, 2007, at St. Mary's Hospital, Troy. He was the husband of the late Loretta Van Horn. He is survived by his sons, Edward (Lisa) Van Horn of Clifton Park, and George (Bridgette) Van Horn of Columbus, Ind.; six grandchildren, Allison, Sarah, Rachael, Bobby and Shannon Van Horn, and Justin Mitchell; two great-grandchildren, Rosa and Angela Robinson; and a sister, Gail Lavatino of Rutland, Vt.
