SAVARD, Edouard-Accidentally at Bonfield, Friday, June 20, 2003. Edouard Savard beloved husband of the late Gertrude Savard (nee Beaudoin) in his 86th year. Dearly loved father of Jean-Jacques Savard of Ripon, Que., Monique Champagne (Denis) of North Bay, Danielle Martel (Frank) of Bonfield, Lyne-Marie Cox (Butch) of Bonfield, Charles Savard (Lynn) of Bonfield, Marquise Medal (Luis) of Bonfield and Pierre Savard (Nancy) of Bonfield. Lovingly remembered by 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Therese Tremblay of North Bay. Predeceased by his parents Eva and James Savard, one sister and three brothers. Edouard was a member of Chevaliers de Colomb, 3rd Degree Paroisse St-Vincent-de-Paul. He was an auto mechanic employed by the former Clayton & Don Hill and McPherson Motors. Edouard was everyone's guardian angel. He had a big heart and was always eager to help others. Edouard enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. Family greeting friends at McGUINTY FUNERAL HOME, Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Paroisse Ste-Bernadette, Bonfield, Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment Bonfield Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Ste-Bernadette's Renovation Fund would be gratefully appreciated by the family.-6/23/2003-ID2079274
