She retired in 1986 from Square D Company following 18 years of service, was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church and a member of the V.F.W. Auxillary Post #891. Mrs. Cole was a daughter of the late Rev. R.R. Mehaffey and Estelle Morgan Mehaffey. She was also preceded in death by her 5 brothers and 2 sisters.Surviving are her husband with whom she was married for 67 years, Herman Paul Cole of the home; brother, Coy Mehaffey and wife Clara of Arden; goddaughter, Missy Shirey of Leicester and several nieces and nephews.Graveside services will be held 10 A.M.
