Dimples Williams ROCK HILL Mrs. Edna Montgomery "Dimples" Williams, 81, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2015, at Agape Acute Care. A graveside service will be 3 p.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at Grandview Memorial Park on Cherry Road with the Rev. Barry Yates officiating. Born in Lancaster, S.C., Mrs. Williams was a daughter of the late John R. Montgomery and the late Bonnie Small Montgomery. She was retired from Smith Enterprises with 18 years of service and was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She was also a member of West End Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school for the nursery school children for 40 years. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Surviving are her husband of 62 years, Jimmy Williams Sr.; her sons, Jimmy "Jimbo" Williams Jr. of Locust, N.C. and Randy C. Williams and his wife, Linda of Rock Hill; her sisters, Peggy Sisk of Perry, Fla. and Shirley Black-mon of Rock Hill and three grandchildren. Memorials may be made in Mrs. Williams' name to West End Baptist Church, Building Fund, P.O. Box 36038, Rock Hill, SC 29732. Greene Funeral Home Do-wntown Chapel is assisting the Williams family and condolences may be made at www.greenefuneralhome.net.
