Edna Lee Ridings Brown BOILING SPRINGS, SC- Edna Lee Ridings Brown, 82, formerly of 193 Lister Court, Boiling Springs, SC, went home to be with the Lord on July 18, 2011, at Valley Falls Terrace. She was the wife of Arthur C. "A.C." Brown. Mrs. Brown was a native of Spartanburg and a daughter of the late Edgar and Essie Mae Norris Ridings. She was a retired seamstress and a member of Valley Falls First Baptist Church. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Roger D. Newman of Mishawaka, IN, Marshall and Kim Newman of Spartanburg; and a stepson, Charles Brown of Inman; daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Paul Bingham of Pineville, KY, Dorothy and Roy Price of Mill Springs, NC; step daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn and Gary Knight of Easley, SC, and Cheryl Brown of Inman. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Eggers Funeral Home of Boiling Springs from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2011. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2011, in the Funeral Chapel officiated by Rev. John Lancaster. Interment will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park.
