TAYLOR, Edna E. Of Elmira Age 82, passed away on Sept. 5, 2008 at St. Joseph's Hospital after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Merrill; brothers, Robert, Richard and Edwin Thayer; and sister, Shirley Long. Edna is survived by sisters, Nancy Green, Fresno, CA, Betty Groom, Baldwinsville, NY; and brother, Roy Thayer, Lakeland, FL; a nephew and several nieces. Edna was a faithful member of the Horseheads Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses for over 30 years. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, Sept. 14, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 708 Lena Place, Elmira, NY.
