EDITH M. LEE of Susquehanna, Pa.Edith M. Lee, 89, of Prospect Street, Susquehanna, passed away on Friday, July 27, 2001, at the Barnes Kasson County Hospital, Susquehanna, after an illness. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter W. Lee on March 15, 1975. She is survived by two sons, Walter Lee, Susquehanna, William Lee and Anita Tyrrell, Vestal, N.Y.; one daughter, Jean Irwin, Hallstead, Pa.; a special son, Alex Welsch, Susquehanna; six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Edith was well known for entertaining her friends and her love of cooking and baking. The Funeral service will be held on Monday, July 30, 2001, at 11:00 a.m. at the Hennessey's Funeral Home, 208 Jackson Ave., Susquehanna. Burial will be in the Lanesboro Cemetery, Lanesboro, Pa. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
