Edith "Edie" Jones, 67, died on Friday March 23, 2012 at her home. Mrs. Jones was born in Asberry Park, New Jersey on April 28, 1944. Edie was a member of Woodlawn Methodist Church; she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and was best known for her free spirit, classic style and her ability to live life to the fullest. She also was an avid Tim Tebow and Florida Gator fan, but most of all known for her love for her granddaughter Lauren. Edie is survived by her husband Emmett Jones, Sr.; three sons Terry, Carl, and Boozer Allen; daughters-in-law Molly and Pam Allen.
